I called and ordered a free three piece skincare from the website and I paid shipping for it. I called 8 days later to tell them I don't have the product they already charged my acct for shipping and handling. I asked them to cancel the order since i did not ge the product, the cs person was rude then a supervisor got on the phone and he told me that my acct will be charged and they will file legal action. This is fraud and slander.
