I ordered this product 15 days ago. Company name AMD advertizes as a free trial for the cost of shipping and handling of $2.95. I received a box with three products shortly after I ordered on 09/27. On 10/12 I checked my bank account and saw they charged me $97.88. I called 866-785-3786 to ask why they charged me. They told me that the free trial is only for 10 days. I told them that is not listed on their website. A costumer representative Daisy claimed that I was on a wrong website. She was rude and protective of the company. I told her that the produce gave me red dry spots around my nose and forehead; she told me that’s why you have 10 days to call and stop the trial. I tried to get my money back since I feel tricked. She offered me another product insted or $35.00. I asked for my money back again, she told me somebody will call me back in 24-48h. I do not trust this company. When I asked how come the product shows on my bank account as AMD she told me they have many different product, but when they sent a shipping confirmation they listed the products name as Auravie. This product felt very sticky and heavy on my face and I wanted to wash it off immediately. It just felt cheap.
