I realize now that there are many people like me. I placed an order to this company about 3 weeks ago and less then 15 minutes later i cancelled that order. I was told that that so-called account that i opened would be cancelled right away and that nothing would be charged to my acct. But i also was told that they were still going to send the products and that i would just have to pay for the shipping and handling. I told them that i didnt even want the product and not to charge my acct. 3 weeks go by and just today i check my acct and 87.13 was charged to my acct and on 1/. 23/09 the shipping and handling was too. So i called the so-called company and asked for my refund, was put on hold for about 25 minutes and hung up. I called back immediatly and asked for a manager, they advised me that the manager was on another call so i said i would wait. Nothing. I called back a 3rd time and finally got someone who spoke somewhat decent english and i thought maybe just maybe i would get some help. He said he would send a "ticket" to the refunds dept. And thats all he could do. He then gave me a email address [email protected]. I emailed them and it was a fake address. I was going to call them back and give them a piece of my mind but decided to call my bank instead. They were able to cancel my debit card number and will be reissuing another one in 10 days. I was ripped off and fell for the scam. Anyone considering buying this product should not. You will be ripped off. Im just glad that i was able to catch it on time before any more money was taken from me and my family. Im sooooo upset and hope some sort of action can be taken against this scam of a so called company.
