January 7 ordered and paid for full size mattress. Delivered about week or 10 days later in evening. Didn't fit bed. Five inches too short and about three inches too narrow. When I complained to young man who delivered it and told him I wasn't about to pay all that money for a mattress that didn't fit. His EXACT WORDS WERE "once a mattress is delivered to a house it cant be returned... It's against the law. I later found out this young putz was the son of the owner. When I said he was crazy he told me it was a brand new law from the national dept. Of health. This sounded looney but with our "big brother" government these days ANY THING"S POSSIBLE! I think he saw an 85 year old woman and decided he could get away with telling me ANYTHING. PLEASE don't let him do this to anyone else!!!
