This Company's website is extremely deceptive; looks just like the real USPS site for changing your address; however, this is not the case... It costs $1 to change an address with the real United States Postal Service; they charged my household $60 for the 3 address changes I thought I was submitting to the U.S. Post Office... Was no posted charges on their website and no verification from the United States Post Office that the changes even occurred... Ripped off! However, I have filed a "scam" complaint with the U.S. Postal Service Postal Inspection division and with the Ohio Attorney General...
