Inept Postal Service Item was sent as a registered letter in order that its travel would be documented along its route from DC to Florida. The post office signed for the item on Dec 3rd and lost it. They have no record of the item (a passport) since they signed for it. They could not care less about finding it and continue to just give me the run around saying they will get back to me in two business days, they never do.
I will never use the postal service for anything other than general mail again they are totally inept and unprofessional.
