I purchased the $99 bid package and proceeded to win $575 in hotel cash cards. No where on the description of the hotel cards did it say that you can't use them together. When I contacted them via online live chat and a live phone call they apologized for the "inconvenience this had caused". I can't get a refund for the hotel cards and for my troubles they said they would send a $100 gas card to me via email. As of today July 10th I still have not received the hotel cash cards or the gas card. They have the correct contact information as I received confirmation emails from them when payment was made for each win as well as from the buySAFE program. I can't believe I fell for this. Don't use them and don't fall for this as I did.
