I purchased two gift cards from cardilly.com which were never delivered. When I used the online customer service live chat I was told I would receive my cards soon and they apologized for the inconvenience. When I emailed customer service I was told they are a new company and to please be patient. It's been months now and still no cards and no response to recent emails.
