Selling a 2005 Nissan Maxima for $1700.00 and using Google-checkout along with MondeyGrams to scam my daughter out of her $1700.00. She gave a story of her husband dying and moving to LA and that she wanted to sell the car because of the memories it had.
She used an address of 1103 Kaliste Saloom Road in Lafayette, La and told us to send the money to David Moore. We caught on to the scam when the next day she wanted us to provide an additional $1000.00 for insurance to transport the vehicle. After she had already told us that the shipping of the car was included in the original cost.
We are trying now to attempt to file charges and get her money back. Everyone please be aware of this scam!!!
