Richard Moore was made aware in April that his agent, Justine (Tina) Spahr was writing false policies and taking peoples money. She was fired but many customers are finding that they had no insurance coverage even thought they were paying for it. Many unfortunate people whom this happened to were involved in car accidents, only to have Richard Moore tell them there is nothing he can do for them and that he is not responsible for any of the crimes that went on under his nose. Recently a complaint has been filed against Moore insurance with the insurance commission. If you or anyone you know has had auto or any type of insurance through Moore within the past two years, do not call him to check and see if it's valid, call the insurance company yourself, that's the only way I could find the truth. If you are thinking of obtaining insurance through Moore, you might want to think again.
