I ordered a free sample for $4.95 P/H No problem until I checked my credit card and I had been charged $93.00 and $95.00 after the $4.95 charges. I called Customer Service to explain that I only ordered samples which I received. He informed me that I was sent full size not sample and according to their company policy, he could not refunded me the money because I did not comply with their 14 day refund policy. I notified my credit card company and they were able to get me a $60.00 refund but I'm still out $132.00 for a product that doesn't work. Also they charged for eye cream and neither product is eye cream.in fact, one says to keep away from inner eye! This company needs to be put out of business as their selling tactics are a complete scam!
