I ordered the free sample of the skin cream and the eye cream. Only. About a week after receiving the free samples I then received a full order of the face cream which I had not ordered. Why would I order an ongoing product without even having tried it yet? I called and was told they could offer me 50% off - I told them I wanted a full refund and I was returning the product, which I have done. I have yet to see a refund posted to my credit card. Then yesterday (two weeks later) I have now received the eye cream as an order and billed. I called this morning and they have no record of me - I should call back in 2-3 days because they need to consult the escalation department. I'm escalating alright! She said I should phone my bank. I sent an email yesterday too and haven't had any reply. Is it just best to cancel your credit card?
