A man came to my door saying he was from JCP&L and was going to lower my rate. I made the mistake of giving him my 20 digit ID number before asking for ID. I'm in NJ and he showed me a PA ID card. There was a female with him who had a Clearview badge. I told him that he was not with JCP&L nad I wanted him to tear up the form he took from me. He refused. I called the company and they said that they would cancel the order but I have yet to hear from them. I notified them that if I didn't hear from them today, I would notify the AG in NJ and TX.
