Ordered an airbed from Olejo. Have previously bought a bed and replacement air bladders from them before, so thought they would be good to deal with. They shipped us a water bed by mistake. They were very condescending and incessantly questioned us as to whether it was really an air bed. Once we sent pictures, Olejo went into blame shifting mode and blamed their manufacturer, Boyd. It took Olejo a week to arrange to have the wrong bed picked up and they did not issue a credit to our credit card until July 5, when the wrong bed was received June 20. Customer service very difficult to reach, the 800 number is only sales. Phone calls and emails not timely returned. Will never do business with this company again.
