I purchased an airmattress online from them thru a site called Airbeds.com The product was defective, or it's operation was so incredibly poor, it just seemed defective. There was no way to adjust the firmness of the air mattress beyond full firm or so soft it sunk in the middle and you couldnt get out. The foam sides take up far too much of the bed, leaving a queen bed with a sleeping surface of a twin, as the foam rails are rock hard. I called to complain, but was told to wait 10 days and 'it would get better". Originally, sales rep, Channon, did not refer me to the website for the refund policy, but told me shipping BACK and a 15 % restocking fee would be all that I would pay if I returned the product. This would have been $225 or less for an honorable company.instead, I am being charged the 15%, excessive shipping FROM them ($175) and because have behaved as disreputable, I had to over insure the package reshipped in 3 parts.instead of suffering a $225 refund expense, I am paying $427. Not only did they cheat me out of an extra $175 shipping, I returned the product on 6/11 (FedEx Confirmation of delivery that day) and they say it takes 10 business days to refund my money. It is 10 days today, no refund. I do not have my $749 purchase price, which they promised at least $460 of after they overcharged me refund fees, and I am out my shipping back to them of $140. They should refund the entire $900 as over 6 weeks have passed since my first complaint, and they have done NOTHING they said they would do.
