On June the 6 2013 I placed an order for the following:
Intex Memory Foam Top Ultra Deluxe Raised Air Bed-Queen Color: Blank

I was informed that I would receive the package within 7 days See quotes from received email. "This process from warehouse to your door can take 3-7 days based on location and size of item ordered" Today is June 24, I still have not received the package. I called June 24th trying to expedite the shipment. The operator hung up on me. I called again today, and they confirmed it had not even shipped. He offered a refund but stated it would take 7-10 days for it to show on card. (3-5 with paypal) I asked to speak with a manager to which he replied "there is no manager, you would be speaking with me". I asked him if there was a record of my call last week and he said yes, I asked him why this hadn't been resolved, and he replied that they had moved last week and my order "fell through the cracks". I have not had any customer service have such a negative and dis-associative conversation with me ever! I canceled my order and never plan on doing business with Olejo ever again! (below is the "status of my package as of June 24.18 days after order)
