When I ordered the coffee table, the website indicated there was no shipping charge and the item was available to ship in 3-4 days. After 2 weeks and an inquiry from me about the delivery of the coffee table, I received an email from the company saying the table was not available, but I could get 10% off some other item. I said I wanted to cancel my order and get my money back. At that point, I was told that the table was now available for shipping for an additional $50. I reiterated that I wanted to cancel my order. I then received an email saying that my account had been credited for the $260.00 but I have not seen the reimbursement. I have found that in general a company does not charge you until the item is shipped. This seems dishonest to me and I want my money back. Thank you.
