I purchased a new Ipad mini. I called Apple support which turned out to be Techzilla. They immediately told me I had to have virus protection for my Ipad ($59.99) and should sign up for tech support ($99.99 $19.99 per month). Foolishly I signed up for both. I called tech support because I had downloaded Itunes and could not find the music on my I pad... They remotely accessed my computer... I spent 3 hours on the phone!!! And they had no answer except to try to sell me more products. To make a long story short, I have called tech support 4 times with simple questions and they read a script and do not know the answer. End result: I learned that the Itunes icon is simply the store... That my music is stored in the Music icon! For this I paid $160???!!!
I have been told I will get a refund of $59.99 after 90 days... I am concerned I will not. They refuse to refund me the $59 of the $99 because I used the tech support. Supposedly they will refund the $44.99. We'll see. Beware of his company!!
