I ordered a trial of RVTL Anti-Aging Cream online, for the cost of postage: $4.95. A rather sizeable jar arrived—with absolutely NO paperwork. No ordering procedure, no terms, no marketing. I tried the product. Saw no results. Didn't want the product. Since it was a sample, I felt that if they sent me the product, I'd return it. Well, they didn't send a product, they just billed my account $93.00. I called them and finally got them to agree to a $30.00 refund. But asked to speak to a Supervisor. No supervisor available—would I please call back.
Upon calling back, I was connected to a supervisor, who said he was the one who authorized the $30.00 refund. When I told him this simply wasn't enough, and I would like to speak to his supervisor—he said he was the top of the ladder—the next person up was the CEO and didn't accept calls. When I told him the product came with no paperwork, he said, right, you had to read everything online. He told me the CEO is a Todd Black in Sparks, NV. Googling him, I cannot find him. I want my money back. This is a scam.
