My name is diana balver i went to disput couple of charges on my account that should of been taken care of earlyer and l was sent to the recording4time and could hear them laughing in the back round i dont know they just thought it was so funny i didnt get to complete or get it all tooking care of cuse i i was interagated five times before i was sent to the recording and i did call back and i had to let it go i dont why they took it out on me i dont know but the why i was treated im so angry cuse i cant get down there and calling back is not who do you talk to so that i can take care of my business if they dont what to do there jo
