Dont care, dont want to help. I went to the AT&T store in maplewood mall to see if i could get a new phone, well i lost my phone and went to them for help. Well they said we cant do anything for me. So i called their customers serives and they said yeah we can give you the phone you want and rextend your contract so i said ok that's fine. They also told me that we can go into the store and get it. OK well i went back to that store and said customer serives said could get the phone i wanted, they pulled up my account and said that's right, we can do it but, WE ARE NOT GOING TO because we dont fell like it. It was on my account saying that i can get a phone 150.00, but they WILL not do it, just becase they didn't fell like it, and they said to me, we dont care and we are not going to do anything about better luck next time. As they where all chating and laughing about what girl they slep with last night. I dont know how these guys even still have a job. Very rude and wont honner what they said, after the Manager said yeah we can do it, but we are not going too. Well that's fine verizone here i come
