Tru Green's customer service in suburban Atlanta's Fulton County is a nightmare! We pre-paid for lawn services for the entire year in both 2011 and 2012. At the end of both years they tried to tack on additional charges.in after several phone calls to Walla Walla, Nowhere they finally got rid of the bogus charge and apologized profusely so we signed up and pre-paid again, this time for 2012. But at the end of the year when bogus charges crept up again that we called about, we had no such luxury of an apology.instead, they cancelled our service and blamed the cancellation on us! After four months of insane run-around We finally convinced them that we neither owed them money nor
cancelled our service. But Even though Tru Green has admitted making he billing error and taken it off of our account they have yet to restore our lawn service because they want to charge us for an entire year of chemical applications, with half the summer gone! Worst of all, they keep telling me that I have to speak with the branch manager Jeff Rollings, but it appears he refuses to return any phone calls and is never available when we call. Tru Green is not worth the aggravation or the hundreds of dollars each year that they want you to pay for it. I can understand a mistake, we all make them. But what I can't understand is Tru Green's complete inability to make it right.
