Ripoff, dishonest, bad service, no service, no refund, not timely, bad communications, bad mangement

This letter is with regard to a 3 month contract that was paid in advance for a lawn care service which was to be provided by On the Green Lawn Care & Management Inc. Letters for this complaint have also been sent to the Better Business Bureau and recorded file.

I am further persuing a refund on monies due to me in the amount of $137.50 for a service On the Green Lawn Care could not provide. This company failed to perform lawn care service on a weekly basis as they stated would happen when I paid for their service for 3 months. This would amount to 12 services I had paid for at $110.00 per month for a total of $330.00 Of those 3 months they serviced 7 times out of the 12 required. On the Green Lawn Care provides terrible service to its customers, makes promises to provide service and refund monies and never follows through, makes excuses for the reasons they could not perform the service and the list seems to never end.

It should be noted and documented through the usacomplaints.com for future potential customers so they don't fall into On the Greens short comings in business.
