This is the most disgusting company. The rep Winter Sanbourne charged my account after I revoked permission in a voicemail and in an email. I have NEVER actually talked to him. After i found that he charged my account today (which will cause on overdraft in which I will be charged for), I called their "customer support" and spoke with someone who refused to give me his name, only saying that his name is "MDG". He told me it was my fault for giving them make bank information and that it is not his issue. He then said "It's Canada Day here and I want to go home." I told him that I wanted to file a complaint with a Supervisor, and he told me he was the only one there. He was absolutely rude, and sounded like he had been smoking pot on the job. I am disputing the charge with my bank as I did not give my permission and was told that i had to speak with Winter for any orders to be final, which i have in a voicemail saved to my phone. This company is scammy and they are thieves.
