Overpriced inmate calls that drop after ten minutes

This company is overcharging for inmate calls, which are ridiculously high, and the calls drop after ten minutes. I'm appalled at the scam this company has established. I need to speak to my husband calmly so we can know that we're okay. My stress level is extremely high due to the neglect and concern of friends and families of inmates.

We understand the costs associated with a loved one being incarcerated, but we don't need to be ripped off by the process.
