I had replacement windows installed by The Window Factory in august. Last year I contacted them about leaking of the " Gas" inside the double pane insulated windows. This leak is common and I have on my contract stipulating "LIFETIME WARANTY AND SEAL FAILURE". They are now telling me that they will not honor this contract and I will have to pay for new windows as well as install charges. I told them that I still have my receipt but they will not honor it.
