They offer discount cigarettes online. Our first order was on 2/22. When it did not arrive within the (appx 30-45 days) time period promised, we called in, talking to someone somewhere in NY. They said they would reship and gave a new arrival date. Again, the order did not come in.in the meantime, since we had received two delayed shipments in the past we placed a second order, which also did not arrive in the specified time period. I called, talked with a girl in the Philippines who said they would combine the two orders and reship.
Now the time for the combined order has also passed and I think we will never get it.
Additionally, they do not provide a postal, FedX, UPS or other tracking number. The tracking number given goes to their website which only says that the order is shipped, but not by what carrier, now the current location or status of the order.
The entire thing looks like a scam now.
