I purchased a starter kid with e-cigsbrand, then I called two representatives to explain that I did not want to commit to buy refill cartridges every month. They all confirmed that my enrollment in the automatic refill program was canceled. I made a one time purchase with a credit card that I told them should not be put on file or charged for anything else. However, they did use that unauthorized credit card to charge $40 for an item I did not order and did not want. I called them to cancel that and returned the product as soon as it was delivered on Monday 03 June. They promised to refund me as soon as I refuse the item. I called the post and they said the only way to refuse it is to receive and return it. I paid about $3 to ship it. Now they had already returned $20 to my credit card, but they refuse to give me back the remaining $20 on the ground that I did not give them a tracking number.
