There was an offer for a discounted starter kit and I ordered it and some refill cartridges for $35.94. A month later I received more refills for $99 and called to return them. They were not helpful and kept transferring me and putting me on hold. They have now sent me refills every month and charged me over $80 for each. I call to cancel and they keep sending them and charging my card. They now assure me it is cancelled but still refuse to refund me for the products I did not want to purchase at that price in the first place. I am going to have to get my bank involved at this point. What a frustrating way to try to quit smoking. It would be worth it if they worked but they smell and do not taste good. If anyone has any advice for what I can do to possibly get my money back it is appreciated.
