4.95 starter kit. No where on the "offer page" was there anything about refill cartridges comming for the price of 109.27. When i called to try to cancel i was told that when i sumbmitted my order i was in agrement to receive refills. They now say i have 30 free days to file feed back and would refund 40.00 on my card. Big time scam.
