I called Jentlbreeze A/C to have a service performed on my A/C units before the heat got here, when I talked to the office I was told it was $50 and I asked for each unit or both. I was told for both. When Jeremy arrived he performed the "service" and repaired a faulty fan motor. After he left I called him and said he charged an extra $50 for the service, I was told it was for both units, he told me he would send me a check the next day, it has been two weeks, phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. I even gave him a high rating because the work was done quickly, I should have waited.
