This company has been sending me texts and charging me without my permission. I have never subscribed to this company and never downloaded anything from them. I have been told by my mobile phone provider of this incident and spoken to KKO mobile, who advised me to email and demand a refund of £54.00/$83.15.
Please could you refund me ASAP or I will pursue this further.
