I have rang 4 days on the trotte and they keep you hanging on an don't answer you i've been to my bank and they say keep trying to get in touch but they can't put a stop on any more money going to them they say they can take up to 39.49p out of your account if they want I think its wrong that they can do this to anyone they please.
