Told Loan Approval Was Guaranteed for 34.95, Then Denied

United Lending Services told me I could get approved for a loan no matter the condition of my credit. All I had to do was pay 34.95, and then I would be connected with lenders and it was guaranteed loan approval. However, I was denied a loan by all lenders. When I contacted them for a refund, they never responded.
