I applied online to Custom Credit Services to assist me in obtaining a personal loan. They emailed me to say that for a fee, they would research lenders and "guaranteed" that they would provide me with lenders who would "guarantee" approval. They also stated that if I were not approved for any reason, they Custom Credit Services would refund the fee I paid. So on 5/1, I paid $125.00 (they electronically deducted it from my bank account), applied to various lenders and was denied by all. I contacted CCS via email - they do not provide their phone nor fax number. I mailed the documentation of the denials, requested a refund. They said they will ONLY let me know my MAIL at some unspecified time regarding my request for my fee refund. Of course, I have not heard from them. Is there anyone I can report this too? Also, has anyone else been scamed by this organization?
