Ripoff scam and Fraud take money to secure loan and ther is no loan

Alliance Financial Lending, contacted me to secure a loan with prepay and a loan guarantee. This is all in writing. A written contract signed by the CEO Neil Gehrils,

They inform you that they use third party lenders to secure the loan. You prepay the provide the loan.

The loan was never provide. I've file reports with the BBB of New Jersey, the division of consumer affair and the Internet Crime Complaint Center.
