I recently cancelled my DTV service after 13 yrs - no real complaint just found a better deal. I have received countless phone calls, emails, and mail begging me to come back. After I returned my access cards I was billed for 2 movies from 2003. Are you kidding me??? The final "supervisor" I spoke to - Michael - basically called me a deadbeat and threatened collections - go for it! You will look totally foolish pursuing and $8.00 bill that's 10 yrs old. I did get an email from the company saying they wouldn't turn me over to collections but I'd still need to pay it... Oh yeah, I'll be back!!! And did I mention the idiots sent me a refund for the partial month's service??? Wow
