I have been charged for product I have not received, when I call the company they are saying, "Due to high volume try and call back at a later date, no one ever answers the phone.
Then the company's answering machine hangs up on you.
I would like to be reimbursed for this.
That is no way to professionally deal with your company, these people are ripping off the public. The charges above are for 2 months of product that I have never received.
