We were charged twice from this company for product we never ordered nor received before we figured out what was happening. We had two other fraudulent charges from RESVPOWER (same people? Who knows) in prior months and the spread was too far between for us to get reimbursed for all 4 by our bank, so we have been reimbursed for the first 3, but not the one from 9/15.

My husband called them and was told that he (my husband) had called in the previous Friday and ordered some product. They had our address, cc# and everything. He told them he had never heard of their company nor ever received any product from them and was told he would be mailed a check for the full amount, but that was 2 months ago and we haven't seen a thing. Now the phone number that is listed on our bank statement doesn't work any more, 800-945-1157. I tried calling the main company from the BBB site (They have an F rating by the way) and they couldn't pull up any charges using the last 6 of the cc, name or email. So frustrating!
