On May 4 I placed a product order from pure health. It is now May 25th and I have not received my product or any communications from them regarding my product. When I placed my order I received a confirmation and a welcome email. The next day I received an email saying they had received a high volume of orders and were back logged but were working to send my product and they had plenty of product in stock. Since then I have emailed them with no response. I have attempted to call them at 888 323 9355 and it simply rings a continuous ring tone (not even a normal ring tone) but never answers and the other number 1-888-3BBE-WELL is a recorded message about 24 hour talk live (it's actually an incorrect number but the one they include in their printed welcome to purehealth email). I'm filing a complaint with my credit card holder to have the charges reversed since I there seems to be no way to contact this company. At the very least a reply to an inquiry should be considered basic customer service.
