VIrgin mobile charges low income people $30 a month for unlimited calls, text and web but will not credit an account when services are not provided. After 3 weeks of trying to get web access, we find out service is unavailable in our area. Many calls have been made to resolve the problem and customer service people never check to see if web is available in the area first. They procede to have you do diagnostic tests on your phone which messes up the phone so it is unusuable. You are constantly transfered from one person to another who then repeats the same process. Each person you talk to is in a different country from Bogota Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rico, Philippines, but never anyone from the US. When asked to speak to a supervisor you wait and then they hang up on you. There is no way a company should be so disorganized and unreliable. If services are not provided a customer should be given credit. This company is taking advantage of us all by charging regular cellphone customers a fee for services which goes to a government fund to provide these phones to the less fortunate which isn't as bad as the fact they are charging the less fortunate for bad services.
