I have been a loyal customer of Virgin Mobile since my employment with one of their contractors. I never thought I would find my self in the same position as the many subscribers I assisted.

Last year, Virgin Mobile introduced their $79.99 unlimited calling plan, and I quickly became a subscriber as it was cheaper than my contract plan with Verizon. I was content until I noticed the daily charges for VXL for which I DID NOT sign up. I got them to fix it after MONTHS only to not get the full refund. Ok, whatever, what's a few pennies a day right? (if they do it to me, I'm sure I wasn't alone) CHA-CHING!!!

On April 14th, Virgin Mobile rolled out a new monthly plan ($49.99 unlimited calling) to compete with Boost Mobile. I would get text messages and alerts to the many new wonderful products and services they had to offer, but not this time. While checking their site yesterday, I noticed that they changed the price on the plan I have had all this time. I did not receive an email, text, or any alert. I found that odd and interesting at the same time.

I called and was transferred to 3 NEARLY NON ENGLISH speaking individuals who would prove to be unworthy of their jobs. I had to quote to them some of the policies and procedures I once used as an AYS advisor for them to help me. NO AVAIL!

I have been overcharged for services and was told that I would not receive any type of credit for a plan that no longer exists. Imagine all of the other customers on the same plan I am, who get the same tired text messages and alerts begging us to buy phones for Mom on Mother's Day. Imagine the customer who does not have access to the internet on a daily basis (I was told I should have checked the site DAILY) and how Virgin Mobile would gladly keep charging them $79.99 because they can't check online daily. LAUGHABLE! They are making MILLIONS off of us and no one in government is willing to help. What do we do?
