We were quoted $650 to ship my daughters car from Colorado to Florida. When it reached Florida, the driver told my daughter (who is 17 years old) that she needed to pay an additional $50. When she contacted Ralph (customer service rep), he told her that if she did not pay the $50 they would take her car. Unfortunately, she paid the $50. I contacted Ralph and was told that he had talked to my daughter and that she authorized the increase in the quote. I told him that that was impossible and I have the phone records (Verizon) to prove that he did not contact her. 786-345-3299 is the phone number he calls from. He then asked me to call him back on Friday the 21st of June and when I called him on Friday he informed me that I would not get a refund but the best he could do is a $50 credit on the next shipment which is never going to happen because I would never use this shipping company again.
