Waiting for refund!

My daughter (13) went online and saw and ad for a free laptop*. (Of course, we know that * means we need to read deeper). My daughter filled out the little ads and inadvertently order this coffee from Seattle Coffee Direct. Well my daughter filled out everything on Friday (4/24/09) and on Sunday (4/26/09) they charged my card $25.00 (which I have since erased my info from my laptop behind this) and on Monday (4/27/09) they charged my card again for an additional $38.95. When I discovered the discrepancies in my account I immediately contacted this company. I spoke with a man named Ralph, I explained what happened to Ralph and he told me to send the second shipment back and they would refund a portion of the $38.95! I told him he was out of his mind and explained to him again that my daughter ordered this coffee and I also informed him that I would be sending all of their merchandise and would be expecting a FULL refund! He puts me on hold for all of 5 seconds (if that long) and told me he'd spoken with his manager (Melvin) and he agreed to send me a FULL refund. I have yet to receive any of my money and I refused the packages when UPS brought them to my house. I have been trying to contact Seattle Coffee Direct and still can not get any assistance! Will someone please help?
