I thought this company was actually going to process my application for a new social security number, and also paid $34 by credit card. I then got my partly completed form and instructions that I will need to go to my local office to actually get processed. Basically they didn't save me any time, and took my money for filling out a form that I could do for free. I tried to contact them twice so far, with no response. There is no phone number to call, just an e-mail and an automated 'contact us' form. Still waiting to make contact after 24h. If any updates I will post them...
