I requested to be put through to someone in authority but they did not want to speak to me. When I mentioned that I would be reporting them they offered me £30.00 back if I returned the partly used product. I am still waiting for a response to my email as not only do I want a full refund I want and explanation to how they can continue to exploit innocent people.
