I bought 4 items and paid for it. Then I received the tracking number but the product never arrived at my place. The tracking number is difficult to follow up and now is saying that information is no longer available.
I contacted them several times and they come back with the standard reply and final sentence is always "customer satisfaction is our #1 priority".
I am really sad because they do not reply to may emails, do not confirm the shipper address and name and I just lost almost $500, whis is a lot of money indeed...
