I ordered 2 pair of Uggs for Xmas gifts at a great price on 12/2/10. Received order confirmation with tracking number as a reply to an email I sent requesting information on the order. Stated items were being shipped. When I checked the tracking number it was for an order that was shipped on 11/30/10 before my order was even placed. It was a shipping company in China. I have since written numerous emails requesting the correct tracking number, but have recived no reply. My account was also charged a couple of dollars more than the order total. Need help to get this resolved. I am not sure what to do.
