The short story he front desk clerk was very rude i had to prove i had paid for the room for three nights the elevator didn't work for three days the remote control never worked when we finally got one my grandchild step on a screw.in the room on the last day know one tried to solve the problems stating i didn't pay thru them so its nothing they can do price wise.
