I have a paid up auto warranty insurance with this Co. Now that I have a car repair to be approved, I am not able to reach the Co. The phone numbers do not work for preapproveal and the work needs to be done now. Also I found a lot of complaints against them, once I googled the Co.'s name. What can I do? Is there a class action law suit in progress?
Please let me know how I can join the other frauded consumers if necessary. Thank you. G. Griem
